Housing plan for Cheam Common Road

A Prior Approval planning application has been submitted to convert existing office space to residential use at McMillan House in Cheam Common Road, Worcester Park.

If implemented, the plan would lead to the creation of forty-six 1 and 2 bed flats on the ground, first and second floors including 87 car parking spaces.
